Rotisserie Roadshow History & classic moments

The Evolution of TMFFL decided to capture the essence of The NFL fan, and their team by going on the road each year to visit an NFL City.Doug and Sal saw a commerical on tv about 2 diehard Baseball fans traveling in a bus to several MLB cities across America.TMFFL decided to start the " ROTISSERIE ROADSHOW".An event welcomed by all gm's and wifes to join us annually on our trek thru the NFL.....Cities...Roadtrip style.....

 

Year 1  ( Oct 2000 ): Pro Football Hall of Fame : Canton Ohio, birthplace of profesisonal football.

Year 2 ( Oct 2001 ) : Our ist official trip to an NFL stadium- we call "Soldier Field".Voted by fellow Gm's the best game watched and best overall trip on the ROTISSERIE ROADSHOW. "Da Bears"  home vs the 49ers.

Year 3 ( Oct 2002 ) the Gm's head to the "BIG EASY" to watch the 49ers at the Saints.ALot of Fun at Bourbon Street, and alot of Hurricane's consumed.No one can forget the trade at " 32,000 feet" between FLip and Dhaval.

Year 4 ( Oct 2003 ) Go west ! young man, the crew of TMFFL head to California to capture the life on the left coast.From Alcatraz, to cable cars, to Sal driving the Steve Mcqueen Mustang ( Bullit) to the Winchester Riffle Mansion, crossing the golden gate bridge, to dressing up and painting an X on Doug's face.Bucs at the 49ers, Monday night was Chiefs at Oakland. 

Year 5 ( Oct 2004 ) "Who dat gonna be them Bengals" Sal Six Shooters hangs with the bengal fans. visiting the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.Donald hangin in the Dogpound with his peeps.Doug gets a unsual greeting from an eagles fan in the bathroom.Eagles at the Browns, Monday night football * ist time in Cinny ever- Broncos at Bengals.

Year 6 ( Oct 2005) We travel to Baltimore, home of The Star Spankled Banner.We watch the game between

the bengals at the ravens.Catching passes from the burger king guy.FLip making burgers and dogs in his top of the line Grill.Later on we drive down to Washington to watch the eagles at the redskins.Yes we did sing " Hail to the redskins, Hail to victory, fight for all Dc...okay i will stop now.... Lol

Year 7 ( Oct 2006) we visit the hollowed ground of Lambeau..........Field.Dave comes home to title town,Kinda fitting, that Dave would go there as 2- time defending champion.The fans of Greenbay are very kind, fun loving people, love to drink,and drink some more.We visited Brett's steakhouse with tons of pictures, and we tailgated in the parking lot across the street from the stadium.We played a pickup game as well.We went on a Submarine Tour afterwards- hosted indirectly by Sal which was a ton of fun.We stayed at Matt's Timeshare apartment which was comfortable and relaxing.Doug and I snuck up on Sal and FLip in their Sleep and belted them with pillows.Matt in eventual victory did his famous " LEG KICK " vs Doug. Brett Favre did his only career " LAMBEAU LEAP ", cardinals at Packers.

 

Year 8 ( Oct 2007 ) We visited Florida to watch the pats at the dolphins game.We went to south beach to capture the night life.We saw Gloria estfan and eat at her restaurant.I caught up with a Boston fan wearing a manny jersey and Doug trash talked to him as well.The pats destroyed the fish, as Doug saw brady throw 6 td passes in the game. We then saw the colts at jags game on monday night.Flip was trash talking to some young jags fans in front of him.

 

Year 9 ( Oct 2008) We visited Big D, home of the Dallas Cowboys.We visited the " Grassy knoll " and saw the history of the school book depository. We all eat at  a nice Dallas Steak dinner spot.Doug, Sal, and Patty went on a mechanical bull ride.We saw the begnals vs the cowboys.
